Work life balance hero image

Tell us what your dream job looks like, and find a  veterinary practice where you can thrive

By telling us what you need to flourish, you’re helping us change veterinary workplaces for the better. Working together, we have:

Improved salaries and benefits packages, so you get a better deal

Improved rota patterns, so you can work fewer evenings and weekends

Implemented flexible working solutions so people at different stages of their careers can thrive

Here’s how you can improve working conditions for all vets and nurses

And remember, even if you don’t want to move jobs at the moment, you can still be a voice for change.

number 1 Tell us what you need to thrive at work, everything from rota preferences to how far you’re willing to commute.
number 2 We then collate this information anonymously and work with selected veterinary practices on what best practice is.
number 3 These selected practices are ones who have chosen to do more than just advertise a job with us; they’ve spoken to our veterinary team

on what vets need to feel fulfilled in their jobs.
number 4 Then, if a role comes up with one of our selected practices that meets your criteria, we’ll let you know. No spam emails and calls, just jobs where we think you’ll thrive.

“Fiona’s support was amazing and her passion is clearly evident. There was no pressure or constant emails and calls. She listened to me and now I feel like I’ve found my forever practice. Thank you!”

Hayley, Veterinary Surgeon
